Combining the Pacamara variety with the honey processing method in our medium-light roast, this coffee is rich, complex, and sweet. Brewed with a French press (our recommended method), the balanced acidity and smooth finish make it absolutely delicious! Expect a flavor profile that's fruity with hints of honey-like sweetness.

FURTHER DETAILS:

Our Pacamara is grown and handpicked in El Salvador’s Talnique region, at an altitude of 1,400 meters above sea level. A standout feature of our Pacamara coffee is its large bean size, which not only looks impressive but also enhances the rich and complex flavors.

Additionally, we are using the honey process, which involves removing the cherry skin while leaving some mucilage (the sticky honey-like substance) on during drying. After harvesting, the beans are slowly sun-dried on African Beds before being sent to our roastery in Bitcoin Beach for a medium-light roast. Your coffee will arrive in a top-of-the-line, airtight double-lid tin canister to ensure maximum freshness.

WHAT IS PACAMARA?

The Pacamara coffee variety is a hybrid created by crossing the Pacas and Maragogipe coffee plants. This hybrid was developed to combine the best qualities of both parent plants, resulting in a unique and delightful coffee experience. It is a rare and very high quality coffee.
