Pacamara coffee is truly one of El Salvador’s best and most iconic varieties. It is a hybrid born from crossing the Pacas and Maragogipe coffee plants. The idea was to capture the best of both worlds, and the result is a truly unique and exceptional coffee. One of the standout features of Pacamara coffee is its large bean size, which are not only a visual treat, but also contribute to the rich and complex flavors of the coffee. Pacamara coffee got its start in El Salvador in the 1950s and has since become a favorite among coffee fans everywhere.

Here at Satoshi’s Sip, our natural processing and medium roast bring out the vibrant and nuanced flavors of the Pacamara beans. Expect a cup that's more floral than you'd typically find in standard (store bought) roasts, with a unique flavor profile that includes notes of chocolate, tropical fruits, and red berries. The balanced acidity and smooth finish make this coffee an absolute delight.

FURTHER DETAILS:

Our Pacamara is grown and handpicked at the Marina Cumbre Farm in El Salvador’s Balsam Mountain Range, at an altitude of 1,400 meters above sea level. We utilize the natural process to prepare these beans, bringing out the full-bodied characteristics. This technique involves drying the entire coffee cherry (fruit, skin, and all) on African Beds, then hulling off the dried fruit. From there, the beans are sent to our roaster in Bitcoin Beach where they underwent a medium roast.

Your coffee will arrive in a top-of-the-line, airtight double-lid tin canister to ensure maximum freshness.
