Grown at an elevation of 1,500 meters above sea level (MASL), these beans were handpicked in Talnique, El Salvador, one of the few areas in the world with the specific microclimate required for cultivating Gesha coffee beans. They were then slowly sun-dried on African beds using the natural process before being carefully packaged and sent to our roastery in Bitcoin Beach, where they underwent a medium roast.
